Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PinkMate ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PinkMate. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

3. Subscription and Payments

  • The founding offer provides one year of Premium for ₹499 until all founding spots are claimed or the displayed countdown ends, whichever happens first
  • After the founding offer is filled, PinkMate Premium costs ₹499 per month and renews monthly until cancelled
  • Payment is processed securely by Dodo Payments
  • Memberships are non-refundable once activated
  • Access to paid features requires an active subscription
  • Recurring members can manage or cancel billing from their dashboard

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Create fake or misleading profiles
  • Upload NSFW, explicit, or illegal content
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other members
  • Use the Service for commercial solicitation
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
  • Use the Service if you are under 18

5. Content Policy

All profile content must be lawful, honest, and appropriate. Photos must be of yourself and must not contain nudity or explicit material. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Safety

PinkMate provides report and block tools for your safety. While we strive to maintain a safe community, we cannot guarantee the identity or intentions of other members. Always exercise caution when meeting someone from an online platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice and without refund of any unused subscription period.

8. Limitation of Liability

PinkMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the actions of other members or for any losses arising from use of the Service. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service.
